MY JOURNEY BEGAN 5+ YEARS AGO

after my engagement came to a crashing halt 3 months before my wedding. That beautiful future I was thinking about? Gone. The identity I was clinging to? Non-existent. I was lost.

After nearly 2 years together, I had become a person I didn’t recognize.

I no longer had my own hobbies, I had his and I had somehow become a chameleon that followed in line with everyone, lacking my own sense of identity. The person I was left with was not only heartbroken, she was directionless and in a career she hated. The truth was as clear as day...

IT WAS TIME TO RE-DISCOVER MYSELF

I eliminated distractions like alcohol, thoughtless activities that were keeping me away from rediscovering my truth and got clear on what I wanted life to look like.

It was then I realized that other people didn’t need to change, I needed to change. It was time to break the pattern. I needed to feel worthy, cultivate my own confidence, alchemize my pain to power, and finally understand that the solution was inside of me.

And it’s inside of you too...

FAST FORWARD 5+ YEARS LATER and
I have created a life that I Love!

I have happiness within me and I don't look for it outside myself.
I am in the best relationship of my life with a man who loves me unconditionally and puts us first.

My "job" now is coaching women who are ready to RADICALLY TRANSFORM themselves and their relationships. Along the way, I found my hobbies and what lights me up... One of them is Kundalini Yoga. I'm now a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. I practice everyday. You could say it's kind of like my religion.

I'm a Reiki Healer. I love incorporating energy work into my client sessions. I believe that energy is everything and I keep mine clean and sparkly and love to help others do the same! I love travel and running my own business allows me the privilege to work from anywhere!

My partner and I live in Austin, Texas and I can truly say I'm leading and continuing to create a life I love!

I am in the best relationship of my life with a man (a HOT man) who loves me unconditionally and always puts me first.

My "job" now is coaching women who are ready to RADICALLY TRANSFORM their lives. I guide them with my simple process for Radical Transformation. Along the way, I found my hobbies and what lights me up... I'm a Kundalini Yoga Instructor. I'm so passionate about Kundalini because it saved my life. I practice everyday. You could say it's kind of like my religion.
